Miles Nadal is the founder and CEO of Peerage Capital Group, and he is speaking at Gathering of Eagles June 18-21, 2023.
Nadal got his start in business by founding Multi-Disciplinary Communications — later MDC Partners Inc. — a venture that he started during high school after discovering his love of photography. MDC Partners Inc. grew from a one-man operation to a billion-dollar business.
Since his days leading MDC Partners Inc., Nadal has spearheaded Peerage Capital. The company, a privately owned investment firm, is dedicated to entrepreneurship, philanthropy and thought leadership. The company’s luxury real estate partner, Peerage Realty Partners, is the largest franchisee of Sotheby’s International Realty and other high-end real estate brands.
Peerage Capital follows Nadal’s 12 principles of partnership, a strategy that he developed for finding partners he truly wanted to work with. These principles, which include only partnering with someone you could spend the weekend in a small boat with, are central to Nadal’s belief that, “The most powerful form of capital is human capital.”
Nadal is also a passionate philanthropist. He wants to make a difference in the world. He has donated time and money to several charities and organizations including the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Center.
