The U.S. House Intelligence Committee is hosting its first public impeachment hearings starting November 13. Both acting Ambassador William Taylor, the top U.S. diplomat in Ukraine, and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs George Kent will be testifying under subpoena.
