As promised, the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts is hitting the ground running in 2020 with the announcement of the inaugural AIME Broker Rankings.

The rankings will be the first in the industry to feature lists based on data from independent mortgage brokerages and loan originators from across the country who are working solely in the wholesale channel.

Why are AIME Broker Rankings a big deal?

AIME Broker Rankings will recognize the top-producing, fastest-growing and most accomplished independent mortgage brokers and brokerages in the wholesale channel, which are often overlooked in traditional industry rankings.

Recognition by a reputable trade association that is based on production data will help brokerages and loan originators further reinforce their expertise in the industry, particularly when engaging with Realtors and other referral partners.

How can I be considered for AIME Broker Rankings?

To be considered for inclusion in AIME Broker Rankings, AIME will accept self-reported submissions from wholesale loan originators and brokerages based on 2019 production data through March 8, 2020.

Lists will showcase multiple subcategories to expand inclusion opportunities, including total purchase and refinance volume (total loan amount closed in 2019) and total purchase and refinance units (overall number of loans closed).

Additionally, the “Community Champions” program will allow individuals to nominate colleagues or other independent mortgage professionals in recognition of outstanding contributions that may not be directly related to production (i.e. lender account executives, processors, administrators, underwriters or others).

What if I am included in AIME Broker Rankings?

Loan originators and brokerages that qualify and are confirmed as part of the final AIME Broker Rankings will receive a digital recognition badge that individuals can use on their websites and social media. Furthermore, ranked submissions will be published in AIME Magazine and featured across AIME online channels throughout 2020.
